Account And Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your O2OSELL account and associated personal data at any time. This includes customer accounts, seller/shop accounts, and service-adder accounts.

To request deletion, visit our account deletion page or email us from your registered email/mobile details. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting the account so that someone else cannot delete your data without permission.

When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal profile data and disable related login access. Public listings, reviews, orders, bookings, support messages, and transaction records may be deleted, anonymized, hidden, or retained where needed for customer safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting records, dispute handling, or legitimate business records.

Your Choices
